MicroCD Labs Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 22, 2026
MicroCD Labs, a division of Karigari Home LLC, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, request a quote, or contact us about microfluidics parts, equipment, and related services.
Information We Collect
We may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, organization, quote request details, selected catalog items, shipping or billing details, and any technical notes you include in a message.
The website uses email links for quote and contact requests and may provide a Zendesk support or messaging widget. When you use the widget, we may receive the contact details, message content, attachments, and technical information needed to route and respond to your request.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, discuss product availability, support customer orders, keep business records, improve our catalog, and comply with legal, tax, export, or safety obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, suppliers, shipping carriers, payment or accounting providers, professional advisors, or government authorities when needed to operate the business, fulfill a request, or comply with applicable law.
Payments Through Stripe
If you pay through a Stripe-hosted invoice, payment link, or checkout page, Stripe processes payment details, billing information, fraud-prevention signals, tax information, and transaction records. MicroCD Labs does not collect or store full card numbers on this website. Stripe's own terms and privacy practices apply to information processed by Stripe.
Customer Support Through Zendesk
We use Zendesk to receive, organize, and respond to customer-support and technical inquiries. Information submitted through the support widget or a connected support email may be processed by Zendesk on our behalf. Please do not submit patient information, protected health information, proprietary formulations, or other highly sensitive technical information through the widget. Zendesk's own privacy terms apply to its processing as a service provider.
Cookies and Analytics
This website uses Google tags with default consent settings and may use basic site functionality such as a temporary coupon dialog preference. The Zendesk support widget may use browser storage or cookies needed to maintain a support conversation and provide messaging functionality. If additional analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking tools are added later, this policy should be updated to describe those tools and any choices available to visitors.
Data Retention
We keep business contact, quote, and order information for as long as needed for customer support, business operations, recordkeeping, compliance, and dispute resolution. We try to keep only the information reasonably needed for those purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a small supplier business. No website, email, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Choices
You can ask us to update, correct, or delete your contact information, subject to business recordkeeping and legal obligations. You can also ask us not to use your email for non-essential follow-up messages.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for business, research, and professional users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International Visitors
If you contact MicroCD Labs from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States. International orders may require additional information for customs, export, sanctions, or end-use review.
Related Wellness App Notice
Daily Wellness Lens Mobile App
Daily Wellness Lens is a wellness trend app from Karigari Home LLC. It is part of the broader Karigari Home LLC app base and is separate from MicroCD Labs microfluidics catalog and services. It helps users understand personal wellness patterns from guided iPhone sensor checks and on-device baseline samples.
Read Daily Wellness Lens instructions and safety information or view Daily Wellness Lens on the App Store.
App Data Used With Permission
The app may use the following data when you grant permission: camera-derived pulse waveform features during guided checks, microphone-derived breathing and voice features during guided checks, motion-derived balance and steadiness features, and user-entered wellness context.
On-Device Processing and Storage
The current app build is designed to process wellness checks on device and store derived feature values and wellness scores, not raw audio or raw video, by default. The current build does not include account sync or a backend service that collects wellness check data from users.
Advertising
The app may display advertising through Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostics to deliver, measure, and protect ads. Karigari Home LLC does not sell personal information. Google’s own privacy practices apply to AdMob ad processing.
How App Data Is Used
App data is used to provide app functionality, including readiness estimates, recovery estimates, stress load estimates, resilience trends, baseline-change insights, and signal quality or confidence indicators. Daily Wellness Lens estimates wellness trends only. It does not diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure, or prevent disease and does not replace professional medical care.
External Health Databases
The current app build does not connect to external health databases or care-plan services. If this changes in a future version, this policy and the App Store privacy answers should be updated before release.
Camera, Microphone, and Motion
Camera, microphone, and motion access are requested for guided checks. These sensors are used to calculate derived features such as pulse waveform quality, breathing rhythm, voice stability, and movement steadiness.
App Data Deletion
Users can remove the app from their device to delete locally stored wellness check data. If account-based storage, cloud sync, analytics, crash reporting, or server-side health processing is added in a future version, this policy and the App Store privacy answers should be updated before release.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our website, catalog, ordering process, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
